Egmond aan Zee is a village in the middle of the dunes. Situated directly on the sea, it is a paradise for sun worshippers, hikers and bicycles. Those who have visited the Egmonds will return time and again. There are plenty of activities for young and old. The former fishing village is hospitable and pleasant. Stroll past the stores and terraces to the lighthouse and boulevard and see the sun disappear into the sea.
